PIZZA DOUGH INSTRUCTIONS
So you bought the kit, you got it home, now the fun begins.
NOTE: You’ll need at least 2-3 hrs to let the dough rise so keep that in mind when planning out your pizza eating schedule
Take everything out of the box and pan before beginning (please note - the paper that's in the pan is not parchment paper and should not be left in the pan when baking)
Remove pizza dough from the fridge, and place on your counter top for 30 minutes
Pour olive oil into the pan and brush it throughout the bottom of the pan until evenly coated
Sprinkle a generous dose of flour onto your work surface. Place the dough over the flour and add additional flour on the top of the dough until no sticky sections remain
Now it’s time to work the dough. Press the dough down on top of the table while maintaining a rectangular shape. Allow it to rest for 3 minutes
Flip the dough over and press down again until the dough is the size of the baking pan
Gently lift the dough and place it into the oiled pan. Press the dough throughout to ensure its evenly distributed and leveled inside pan
Cover the dough using your aluminum Lloyd pan cover or a lightly damp kitchen towel, and allow it to rise at room temperature for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size
Preheat oven to 450
