POP PIZZA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SQUARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
   

2. Brush the butter into the bottom of the pan evenly.  Be sure to go up the side walls a bit, this will help the cookie release after baking.
   

3. Unwrap and press the cookie dough into the buttered pan evenly. 
   

4. Press down the chocolate chunks into the surface of the dough, distribute as you wish!
   

5. Once oven has pre-heated, place cookie square in the middle of oven and bake for 12-13 minutes. Since every oven is different, set your timer at a lower setting and increase the time if necessary!
   

6. Allow cookie square to cool for 20 minutes. Using a small pairing knife, go along the edges of the pan to help release cookie from sides.  Flip the pan over and cookie should pop right out. If it doesn’t this could mean the cookie needs a few more minutes in the oven.
   

7. Sprinkle the Malden salt on top, slice and enjoy!
